Job Description
Oracle is hiring Systems Analyst 1 – Support candidates in Bengaluru. The role is part of Oracle's Support organization and involves providing post-sales support and technical assistance to Oracle customers.
The selected candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist customers with Oracle products, handle customer inquiries, and work with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

- Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to Oracle customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone and electronic communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle products.
