Key Responsibilities
As a Revenue & Operations Intern, you will:
- Support Customer Success and Renewals teams in daily operations.
- Analyze business data and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports and monitor operational performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Support teams.
- Support customer retention and renewal projects.
- Maintain operational documentation and trackers.
- Assist in business process optimization initiatives.
