Job Description
As an MS Engineer (L1), you will provide remote technical support to enterprise clients by diagnosing and resolving technical incidents related to networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and data centre infrastructure. You will monitor service requests, maintain SLA compliance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted IT services.
