Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with prospective students, qualify leads, explain course offerings, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to build relationships with potential learners.
