Job Description
LogiNext is looking for a technically skilled and passionate Junior Software Engineer – Quality Assurance to support its software testing activities.
The selected candidate will be involved in manual testing, test case creation, exploratory testing, regression testing, bug tracking, API testing, and quality validation. The role also provides exposure to automation, DevOps, AWS, Linux/Unix environments, and Agile software development.

- Design, implement, and execute software test cases.
- Identify, record, and track bugs throughout the software release lifecycle.
- Create detailed and structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing after bugs are resolved.
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify functional issues.
- Identify functional and non-functional defects.
- Test applications for quality, stability, and reliability.
- Perform API testing and validate application responses.
- Support load, performance, and security testing activities.
- Work with Linux/Unix environments for testing activities.
- Participate in testing within AWS and EC2 environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development and product teams.
- Communicate testing progress, defects, and potential risks.
- Participate in Agile development and testing processes.
- Ensure defects are properly documented, tracked, and resolved.
- Contribute to improving testing processes and release quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in software testing.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
