L&T Technology is hiring GenAI Trainees to support projects involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision and Data Analytics.
The selected candidates will work with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers and business teams while gaining hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies, LLMs, RAG, deep learning and AI application development.

Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence
- Collect, clean, preprocess and validate structured and unstructured datasets.
- Support development, training and evaluation of machine learning and deep learning models.
- Perform feature engineering and model tuning.
- Conduct model validation, testing and benchmarking.
- Assist with AI/ML model deployment and monitoring.
- Analyze model performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical and model documentation.
Generative AI Development
- Assist in developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models.
- Work on prompt engineering and prompt optimization.
- Participate in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) projects.
- Support fine-tuning and model customization activities.
- Develop and test AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, safety and compliance.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using APIs and frameworks.
Data Analytics & Engineering
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
- Generate insights from large datasets.
- Create visualizations, reports and dashboards.
- Support development of AI data pipelines and workflows.
- Maintain data quality, integrity and governance.
- Process image, text, audio and video datasets.
AI Solution Development & Integration
- Contribute to AI-driven automation and business solutions.
- Integrate AI, Generative AI and Computer Vision models with enterprise applications.
- Assist in developing APIs, microservices and cloud-based AI solutions.
- Participate in software testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Follow coding standards, version control and software development best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree / B.Tech qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
