Job Description
Fresh Prints is hiring Customer Service Associates to provide professional and timely customer support across multiple communication channels. The selected candidates will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate ticket documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution.
