Genpact is hiring Business Data Services Analysts to support master data management, data quality, reporting, and business operations. The role involves maintaining accurate master data, working with SAP systems, preparing reports, resolving data issues, and collaborating with business teams.

- Follow standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables.
- Create and modify Article Master and Supplier Master data.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for Article/Supplier Master.
- Maintain product specifications and harmonization.
- Support new item and vendor onboarding.
- Configure and maintain Master Data and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) maps.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of master data.
- Ensure deliverables meet defined KPIs and SLAs.
- Understand incoming and outgoing data flows for SAP ECC master data.
- Support knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business teams and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support to business teams.
- Manage day-to-day master data activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is preferred.
- Good understanding of Material Master data requirements.
