As an Associate – Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with customers, resolving billing-related issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review open customer accounts using daily ageing reports.
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Monitor customer payment activity and ensure timely collections.
- Escalate non-payment cases and unresolved issues appropriately.
- Send statements, process refunds, and handle account adjustments.
- Resolve client billing issues while maintaining good customer service.
- Identify reasons for account delinquency and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Maintain daily and weekly trackers and perform quality checks.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams regarding customer accounts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in an international voice process.
- Knowledge or experience in collections is preferred.
