Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineering Trainee, you will:
- Identify and implement cost reduction (VAVE) ideas.
- Manage multiple engineering projects efficiently.
- Prepare business cases for engineering improvements.
- Develop concept designs using sheet metal and plastic components.
- Perform DFMEA, Risk Analysis, RCA, and functional analysis.
- Create design verification and testing plans.
- Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Support simulations and product testing.
- Coordinate with suppliers for prototype development.
- Assist in Engineering Change Notices (ECN) implementation.
- Participate in product teardown and benchmarking activities.
