Job Description
As a Data Analyst – Research, you will join the Research Metrics team within the Global Research Centre. The role involves analyzing large datasets, preparing management reports, supporting research sales and client strategy teams, and developing data-driven insights to improve research outcomes and business performance.
The position also requires maintaining reporting systems, creating dashboards, supporting data onboarding and UAT activities, and collaborating with teams across different geographies and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc Management Information (MI) and compliance exception reports.
- Integrate and analyze large datasets from multiple technical sources.
- Provide actionable insights on client consumption trends and global revenue reporting.
- Work with business and IT teams on data onboarding requirements and UAT.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, SAP BO, and Excel.
- Maintain BAU reporting frameworks and client data feeds.
- Identify and resolve data processing issues to prevent reporting disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions and time zones.
- Follow risk management and internal control standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience or knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work during UK business hours.
- Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
