As an ML Data Operations Associate, you will review short videos of activities performed inside Amazon fulfillment centers and use designated tools to identify and verify relevant information. Your work will help maintain inventory accuracy and improve the quality of automated fulfillment processes.
This is a non-technical operational role that requires strong attention to detail, visual focus, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with repetitive image/video auditing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and carefully review several hundred short videos during a shift.
- Analyze image and video-based tasks and identify relevant details accurately.
- Use designated tools to verify or mark product locations.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Identify details even in blurry or less-sharp videos.
- Follow defined quality, productivity, and operational guidelines.
- Meet incremental performance targets consistently.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
