Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting and Reporting Analyst, you will:
- Perform general accounting and financial transaction activities.
- Record and maintain financial data accurately.
- Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare accounting reports and financial statements.
- Support Record-to-Report (R2R) activities.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support finance leaders with accounting analysis and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
